Definitions

Halieus: pronounced hal-ee-yous, a sailor, one who works at sea, a fisherman. Halieus can also mean workers in the light or those who work in the day or light. Light is the opposite of darkness. Light allows one to see what they are doing. Sailing and working at sea means risk and potential danger.

Information: knowledge obtained from investigation, study or instruction. The communication or reception of knowledge or intelligence.

Advice: recommendation regarding a decision or course of conduct.

Data: factual information used as a basis for reasoning, discussion or calculation.

Market: a meeting together of people for the purpose of trade by private purchase and sale.

Investment: the outlay of money for income or profit.

Plan: to arrange the parts of.

Goal: the end in which effort is directed.

Opportunity: a favorable juncture or circumstance. A good chance for advancement or progress.

Strategy: a careful plan or method. The use of plans toward a goal.

Horizon: from the Greek word horizo meaning to determine times and seasons. The apparent junction of earth and sky.
